Speakers will include City Council Speaker Corey Johnson, Dr. Oxiris Barbot, the acting city health commissioner, Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, the deputy commissioner for the Division of Disease Control, Dr. Oni Blackstock, assistant commissioner for the Bureau of HIV/ AIDS Prevention, and Johanne Morne, the director of the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute.
