Olympia state trial judge says same-sex couples entitled to marry

Barely a month after a state trial judge in Seattle ruled that denying legal recognition to same-sex partners violates the Washington State Constitution, another trial judge in Olympia, the state capital, has gone a step further and ruled that same-sex couples there are entitled to marry.
