Kenneth Cole (to the right of the message), vice chair of the board of the American Foundation for AIDS Research, joins AmFAR founder and chair Dr. Mathilde Krim, Marsha Everton, president and CEO of the Pfaltzgraff Co., and Jerome J. Radwin (far left), CEO of AmFar at the unveiling of the AIDS group’s new HIV prevention campaign in the windows of Pfaltzgraff’s showroom at the Gift Building at 225 Fifth Avenue on November 17. The campaign, created by Cole’s fashion company, will emphasize the risks of HIV facing women and the value for all people in learning their HIV status. The marketing effort will be rolled out in 14 American markets over the next two months courtesy of Viacom Outdoor and will also appear in national magazines which donate the advertising space.
