Gender-Bending ALONE Takes the Stage Tonight in NYC’s East Village

Description:
The popular downtown artist known as ALONE is out today with a single that re-examines masculinity and what makes a sexy man today. “Fine” is available now on Apple Music and Spotify. ALONE will celebrate its release tonight with a return to the stage, backed by a 15-person live band. The live performance takes place at 8pm at drom in the East Village (85 Ave A, NYC).
“Fine” is ALONE’s second release. It follows “Everything,” his debut single that garnered over 50K views on YouTube. The song departs from the bright, classic RnB style of the debut and introduces listeners to ALONE’s darker side with a Rock-inspired production.
“It’s the kind of song that makes you wanna take off your clothes and give someone a lap dance,” ALONE explains. His powerful Blues-Rock vocals ride a dirty rhythm set by distorted guitars and a throbbing low-down bassline as the lyrics narrate a story of Queer passion.
