Disco, Dicks and Dykes!, a one-woman show written by and starring award-winning performer and Dancing with the Stars principal singer Kelli Sae will be presented on March 26, 2022, at 9:30 p.m. at Joe’s Pub.

From being caught in a bank during a robbery to surviving a 14-hour high in Amsterdam to finding love amid chaos, Disco, Dicks and Dykes! takes the audience on Kelli’s hilariously bumpy ride of sexual self discovery while navigating her way through the music industry to become a highly-sought-after vocalist.

Written and performed by Kelli Sae, the show is directed by songwriter and theater producer Jonathan Rosen and features a live band.

About Kelli

Kelli Sae is a New York-born and -raised performer, singer, songwriter, actress, comedian, and playwright. Born of Puerto Rican and African descent, her music is a masala of sounds, cultures, and influences that drive her instincts. Kelli is about to begin her ninth? season as a principal vocalist on ABC’s hit reality television show Dancing with the Stars. Other TV credits include I Can See Your Voice, Rising Star as a vocal coach, and The Singing Bee. She has toured the world as the lead vocalist of Global Jazz Funk Collectives’ Count Basic and Incognito. Kelli and Peter Legat (the founder and bandleader of Count Basic) received the prestigious Amadeus Award and have been inducted into the esteemed Austrian Walk of Fame in Vienna.

Most recently, Kelli topped the Traxsource charts with multiple number one singles, including “Good Love,” and was named #2 vocalist of 2021. She also co-wrote the theme song for the 2020 Japanese Equestrian Olympics performed by the chart-topping recording artist Misia.
